SHIPPING & RETURNS

 Returns and exchanges.

If you want to return/exchange the item, you have 14 days after receiving the order to send the item back with a courier service and provide us the tracking number. We will make a money refund just after receiving the parcel from you.

Custom made accessories and clothes are non-refundable.


When returning/exchanging items, please ensure they are in "as new" condition, are in their original brand packaging and the parcel is the same size as received. We cannot guarantee a full refund in case of damaged returns, damaged items may be sent back to the customer.


In case of item exchange or partial return of your order we will cover all shipping costs. Full order returns shipping is paid by the customer.


Send us an e-mail to majulahandmade@gmail.com with full information about your case: which item you'd like to return/exchange and the reason of the return. We'll send you all the instructions shortly.

Your privacy is extremely important to us we do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship WORLDWIDE. Shipping prices depend on the weight of parcel.

  • 1-2 items - 5 eur
  • 2-5 items -8 eur
  • 5-10 items -10 eur

For shipping we use Lietuvos pastas services (https://www.post.lt/en). If you would like an urgent express delivery, we will  send you upon payment of the cost.

Please note that all items are handmade per order and ship within 1-14 business days (excluding holidays). All domestic orders ship via  1-3 days. All international orders ship 7-15 days (subject to customs delays). The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties.
