We ship worldwide 🌍 via registered postal service.

All orders are carefully prepared and sent from our studio.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM LENGTH

This garment is made to order to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Processing time: 3–7 business days before shipment.

Custom length adjustments: Small length adjustments are possible.
If you would like a custom length, please contact us at majulahandmade@gmail.com before or immediately after placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To proceed, please:

• Send the item back via postal service
• Provide us with the tracking number
• Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Important: Custom-made clothing and accessories are non-refundable.

Returned items must be: In unused, “as new” condition.  We cannot guarantee a full refund for items that arrive damaged or worn. Such items may be returned to the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Exchanges or partial returns: shipping costs are covered by us.
Full order returns: return shipping is paid by the customer.
