Where are your garments made?

All our garments are handmade in Lithuania. Each piece is carefully crafted in our studio and shipped directly from Lithuania.

Are your items ready-made or made to order?

All our garments are made to order.
This allows us to reduce waste and create each piece especially for you.
Production time is 3–7 business days before shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide via registered post.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Can you make my order faster or offer express shipping?

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.
Depending on availability, we may be able to offer:

  • Priority production
  • Express courier shipping
  • Additional fees may apply.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and postal service. Please note that international shipping times may vary 7-14 days. Each piece is shipped directly from Lithuania.

Can I request small adjustments to the garment?

Yes. Since our garments are made to order, small length adjustments may be possible.
Please contact us by email before ordering to discuss your request.

How should I care for my linen garment?

Our garments are made from softened linen, which becomes even softer with time and wear.
Care instructions:

  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C
  • Use mild detergent
  • Shake gently after washing to smooth the fabric
  • Let air dry naturally
  • The linen is pre-softened, so the garment will not shrink when cared for properly.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in “as new” condition.
Returned with a tracking number
Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item.

Are custom-made items refundable?

Custom-made accessories and garments are non-refundable.

Who covers return shipping costs?

For exchanges or partial returns, we cover shipping costs. For full order returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
